Březiněves - transformace centra obce

Abstract

Diplomová práce konkretizuje vybranou část řešeného území ve vypracovaném konceptu návrhu ústředního prostoru obce Březiněves, který navazuje na areál sportovního klubu, hlavní severojižní dopravní osu ulic Na Hlavní a na existující individuální obytnou zástavbu na okraji. Jedna se ? nezastavěný pozemek o celkové ploše 8,5 ha, na kterém bude potřeba vytvořit prostředí, které odpovídá měřítku a charakteru venkovského nebo příměstského sídla. Návrh navazuje na řešení předdiplomního projektu, ve kterém byla označena náměstí a veřejné prostory, které v obcí chybí. Navržený ústřední prostor tvoří základní škola, administrativní budova, sportovní hala, restaurace, kavárna a také víceúčelové budovy. Tento návrh byl schválen na základě budoucího vývoje obce Březiněves a předpokládaného zvýšení počtu obyvatel odůvodněného plánovanou zástavbou ve východní časti obce. Diplomová práce obsahuje architektonicko-objemové studie vybraných budov základní a mateřské školy, administrativní budovy, prostorové a funkčně provozní řešení urbanistického souboru staveb a parteru, včetně zeleně a mobiliáře. Na řešené území je navržen generel sítí technické infrastruktury.

The diploma thesis specifies a selected part of chosen area in the previously elaborated draft concept of central Březiněves area, followed by sport club campus, to the main north-south transport street wasp Na Hlavní and by the edges of existing individual residental buildings. This is an unsettled land with total area of 8,5 hectares, on which there is needed creation of enviroment, which corresponds to the level and character of rural, suburban residence. The concept is followed-up by the solution of pre-diploma project, in which there were marked squares and public areas that are missing in the village. Designed central area consists of elementary school, office building, sports hall, restaurant and cafe and also of multi-purpose buildings. This concept was approved due to future development of municipality Březiněves and also due to predicted population growth, justified by the planned development in the eastern part of the village. The diploma thesis contains architectural-volume studies of the selected elementary and nursery school buildings, office building, spacial and functionally-operational solution of the urban set of buildings and parters including greenery and furniture. A Master plan is designed for networks public infrastructure on the chosen area.
