Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit hodnotu podniku Kofola a.s. pro potenciálního investora za využití vybraných výnosových metod k datu 5.5.2017. Teoretická část práce obsahuje základní pojmy, postup a metody ocenění podniku. V praktická části práce byla provedena strategická a finanční analýza, vytvořen finanční plán a v závěrečné části práce provedeno stanovení hodnoty daného podniku.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of Kofola a.s. for a potential investor using selected revenue methods dated 5.5.2017. The theoretical part of the thesis contains basic concepts, procedure and methods of valuation of the company. In the practical part of the thesis, a strategic and financial analysis was carried out, a financial plan was created and in the final part of the work the value of the given enterprise was determined.
