Hodnocení zaměstnanců v podniku

Abstract

Téma mé bakalářské práce je "Hodnocení zaměstnanců v podniku". Cílem je zhodnotit důležitost hodnocení a jejich přínosů jak pro zaměstnance, tak i společnost. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala významem, druhy a metodami hodnocení. Dále jsem popisovala hodnotitele, samotný proces hodnocení a také hodnotící pohovor, jako nejčastěji používanou metodu. Tyto znalosti jsem poté aplikovala při vyhodnocování a zkoumání systému hodnocení ve společnosti ZARA Česká republika s.r.o., kde jsem pomocí dotazníku oslovovala současné a bývalé zaměstnance této společnosti. Na konci této práce, jsem se věnovala možnostem zlepšení hodnotícího systému.

My bachelor thesis' topic is called "Evaluation of employees in a company." The main goal of this thesis was to recognize the importance of evaluations and their benefits for employees and a company itself. In the theoretical part I was investigating the purpose, different kinds and methods of such evaluations. Next I was describing the person who leads the evaluation, the main process of evaluating an employee and the interview as the most common methods to apply. The knowledge I gathered was therefore put into practice for the assessment and researching the evaluation system at ZARA ČR s.r.o., where I was asking their current as well as former employees to fill a survey about their experience of this company's evaluation system and its benefits for them. In the last part of this thesis I was researching the options for increasing the quality of the evaluation system.
