Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce na téma "Vznik nového startupu v oblasti HR" je zpracování business plánu na založení reálného startupu. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vypracování business plánu z teoretického a právního hlediska a na výzkumné metody, které jsou využity v praktické části. Praktická část práce obsahuje samotný business plán pro nově vznikající startup a návrhy pro implementaci a výsledky marketingového výzkumu. Přínosem práce je vytvoření materiálu pro rozhodování při vzniku nového startup.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis on the topic "Founding of a New Startup Company in Area of HR" is the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a new startup. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the business plan from the theoretical and legal point of view and also on the research methods used in the practical part. The practical part of the thesis contains the business plan itself, implementation proposal and outcome of the marketing research. The benefit of this work is the creation of material for decision making in the new startup.
