Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje procesu získávání a výběrů zaměstnanců. Teoretická část charakterizuje personální práci, její zajištění v podniku a postupně popisuje celý proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců včetně zdrojů, metod a také je zmíněna problematika diskriminace na trhu práce. V praktické části byla provedena analýza získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v konkrétní firmě pomocí strukturovaného rozhovoru a dotazníku. Na základě získaných informací byly sepsány návrhy pro zlepšení a zefektivnění této personální činnosti.

This bachelor thesis deals with recruiting and selecting employees. The theoretical part describes human resources management in companies and describes the whole process of recruiting and selecting employees step by step - including the sources and methods. It also mentions the issue of discrimination in the labour market. In the practical part I have analysed the recruiting and selecting employees in a particular company using a structured interview and questionnaire. Based on the information gained from them suggestions were written to improve and streamline the HR activities in the company.
