Analýza fluktuace zaměstnanců v podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou příčin a důsledků fluktuace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část práce se věnuje problematice adaptace a motivace zaměstnanců v souvislosti s fluktuací. Obsahem této části práce jsou ale také teoretické poznatky o příčinách a důsledcích vysoké fluktuace v podniku či o metodách měření fluktuace. V praktické části je provedena analýza fluktuace ve společnosti Grammer v Tachově, která je založena zejména na informacích získaných z dotazníkového šetření. Na závěr praktické části jsou poté navržena opatření, která by společnosti mohla pomoci snížit fluktuaci zaměstnanců.

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the analysis of labour turnover reasons and consequences in a selected company. The thesis structure consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the employers´ adaptation and motivation problem related to labour turnover. This part also contains theoretical knowledge of high labour turnover reasons and consequences as well as the labour turnover measurement methods. The practical part gives the labour turnover analysis based on information via questionnaires from the Grammer company of Tachov, Czech Republic. Consequently, the final chapter suggests practical measures that may help the company lower the labour turnover rate.
