Zákaznické centrum ŠKODA AUTO

Abstract

ŠKODA AUTO ve spolupráci s městem Mladá Boleslav projevilo iniciativu zpracovat území, které se nachází po okraji závodu směrem do centra města. Tímto urbanistickým plánem jsme se zabývali v rámci předdiplomního projektu. Součástí plánu bylo i umístění Zákaznického centra. Projekt se zabývá návrhem nového Zákaznického centra pro ŠKODA AUTO. Navrhovaný objekt se tedy nachází ve městě Mladá Boleslav u nově navržené hlavní třídy Václava Klementa a sousedí s nově navrženým autobusovým terminálem a bývalou Rolnickou střední školou (administrativní budova v současnosti). Návrh reaguje na nové a stále se zvětšující požadavky a na zvyšující se množství prodeje automobilů Škoda. Součástí návrhu je i řešení veřejného prostranství okolo novostavby, podzemní parkování a dodávka nových i ojetých automobilů ze závodu a jejich úprava. Objekt obsahuje tyto provozy: Showroom, administrativu, jídelnu a obchod s komponenty, úpravny aut a sklady aut a jejich komponentů.

ŠKODA AUTO, in cooperation with the city of Mladá Boleslav, has shown an initiative to process the territory situated on the outskirts of the company towards the city center. We have dealt with this urban plan within our pre-diploma project. Part of the plan was the location of the Customer Center. The project deals with the design of a new Customer Center for ŠKODA AUTO. The proposed building is located in the city of Mladá Boleslav at the newly designed main road of Václav Klement and is adjacent to the newly designed bus terminal and the former Rolnická hi (administrative building at present). The design responds to new and ever-increasing requirements and to the increasing sales of Škoda cars. Part of the proposal is also a solution of the public space around the new building, underground parking and delivery of new and used cars from the factory and their modification. The object includes the following: Showroom, office, canteen and shop with components, car and automotive storage facilities and their components.
