Kulturní centrum v bývalém areálu AVIA letňany

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je návrh kulturního centra v pražských Letňanech v bývalém průmyslovém areálu Avia v rámci před-diplomního projektu urbanistice koncepce tohoto území. Prvotní myšlenkou bylo vytvořit stavbu dominující celému uzemí. Stavbu, která definuje nové centrum pražské části Letňany. Která naláká do této části více kulturních zájemců a tím tuto okrajovou část Prahy oživí. Koncept vychází z umístění stavby na nově vzniklém náměstí celé oblasti. Mým cílem bylo vytvořit dominantu nejen nově navrženého území, ale především dominantu právě tohoto náměstí. Stavba svým půdorysným tvarem objímá/svírá náměstí. Tím láká svého navštěvníka a tvoří právě tu dominantu, kterou každé náměstí potřebuje. Tvar celé hmoty akorát doplňuje její půdorys a zdůrazňuje svoji kulturní stránku. Nabízí vetší škálu kulturních možností. Celou stavbu doplňuje letní scéna, která nabízí (díky svému umístění na obestavěném náměstí mimo bytovou zástavbu) letní kino a další možnosti venkovní kulturní aktivity. Materiály jsou použity tak, aby budova působila dominantně a velkolepě a zároveň čistě a transparentně, čehož bylo docíleno použitím lehkého hliníkového obkladu Qbiss.

The content of this dissertation is to design a cultural center in Prague Letňany in the former industrial area Avia within the pre-diploma project regarding the urban design of the landscape. The primary idea was to create a structure that dominates the whole area. A building that defines the new center of Prague's Letňany, to lure in this section more culture oriented citizens and thus revive this outskirts part of Prague. The concept is based on the location of the building on the newly constructed square of the whole area. My goal was to create a landmark not only of the newly designed territory, but above all, the dominant feature of this square. The structure, according to its layout, embraces the square and this attracts the visitor and creates exactly the marker that each square needs. The shape of the whole mass just complements its layout and emphasizes its cultural aspects. It offers a broader range of cultural opportunities. The whole building is accompanied with a summer scene which offers (due to its location on the square outside the residential complex) summer cinema and more outdoor cultural activities. The materials are used to make the building appear dominat and spectacular and at the same time pure and transparent, which was achieved using Qbiss aluminum cladding.
