Revitalizace a konverze historické nádražní budovy Děčín východ

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je revitalizace a konverze historické nádražní budovy Děčín Východ na nově navržené kulturně vzdělávací centrum. Historické nádraží z konce 19. století je ohraničeno ulicí 17. listopadu z jihu. Na severní straně je rozlehlá síť nevyužívaných kolejí železniční dopravy. V rámci předdiplomu byla tato část zpracována a z ní jsem při návrhu vycházela. Mým záměrem je přilákat veřejnost do budovy a ukázat krásy štukových výzdob, které se v některých částech objektu zachovaly. V západní části navrhuji interaktivní muzeum dopravy. Ve východním křídle je kongresový sál, který zároveň slouží jako posluchárna pro fakultu dopravní ČVUT. Fakulta dopravní má své prostory ve druhém a třetím podlaží. Ve druhém podlaží vestibulu nádražní haly je pravé a levé křídlo propojeno zavěšenou lávkou. Pro veřejnost je v objektu navržena kavárna a restaurace. Pro příležitostné akce a jednání je možné využít salónků. V nádražní hale je prostor pro výstavy a společenské akce. V konceptu dále navrhuji obnovení osobní dopravy z historického nádraží do Německa. V projektu řeším propojení dvou nádražních budov pěší lávkou přes ulici 17. listopadu, která usnadňuje cestujícím hladký průběh přestupu. Záměrem je navrhnout odlehčenou konstrukci, která svým působením nenaruší průjezd ulicí a vizuálně nezastiňuje sousední historickou budovu nádraží.

The subject of the diploma thesis is revitalization and conversion of the historic station building Děčín Východ to a newly designed cultural educational center. The historic railway station from the end of the 19th century is from the south bordered by the street 17.listopadu. On the northern side there is a vast network of unused railway tracks. This part was worked out within the pre-diploma and I proceeded from it. My intention is to attract the public into the building and show the beauty of stucco decorations that have survived in some parts of the building. In the west part I propose an interactive museum of transport. In the eastern wing there is a congress hall, which also serves as a lecture hall for the faculty of transportation ČVUT. The faculty of transportation has its premises on the second and third floors. On the second floor of the vestibule of the station, the right and left wing are connected by a suspended footbridge. For public are on the premises designed a café and a restaurant. For occasional events and meetings, lounges can be used. In the station hall there is also space for exhibitions and social events. In the concept, I also propose the restoration of passenger transport from the historic railway station to Germany. The project solves the interconnection of two railway stations via a pedestrian footbridge across the street 17.listopadu, making it easy for travelers to make a smooth transition. The intention is to design a lightweight construction that does not interrupt passage through the street and visually disturbs the neighboring historic building of the railway station.
