Tvorba jednotkových cen pro historické budovy

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu jednotkových cen prací a materiálů historických budov. Jednotkové ceny jsou tvořeny na základě metodiky rozpočtování ve stavebnictví. Cílem diplomové práce je nejen tvorba jednotkových cen stavebních prací, ale i seznámení se s technologickými postupy prací a vlastnostmi materiálů, které se používají při rekonstrukci historických budov a mohou být použity i pro rekonstrukce moderních staveb.

This diploma thesis focuses on creation of unit prices of works and materials of historical buildings. The unit prices are created on the basics of methodology of budgeting in building industry. The aim of this diploma thesis is not only the creation of the unit prices of these building works but also familiarization with technological procedures of works and nature and characteristics of materials which are used when reconstructing the historical buildings. They can be used for a reconstruction of modern buildings as well.
