Analýza nákladů svislých a vodorovných konstrukcí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou přímých nákladů konkretní stavby na materiál a mzdy oddílů 3 a 4, svislé a vodorovné konstrukce prací HSV vycházejících z výrobních kalkulace. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou popsány svislé a vodorovné konstrukce a vysvětlena základní témata spojené s kalkulací a přímými náklady. Praktická část porovnává plánované náklady dodavatele vypočtené cenovou soustavou ÚRS PRAHA, a.s., databází ÚRS PRAHA 2015 01 s reálnými náklady na nákup materiálu.

Bachelor's thesis analyse direct costs of actual construction materials and salaries of section 3 and 4, vertical and horizontal construction works which comes from the calculation of production. In the theoretical part there are described horizontal and vertical contructions and there are also explained main topics connected to calculation and direct costs. In the practical part there are compared planned costs of contractor, which was evaluated by database of ÚRS PRAHA 2015 01, to real costs of materials.
