Rodinný dům

Abstract

Úkolem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu s dvěma dětmi. Návrh musí splňovat podmínky dané územím a začlenit se do okolní zástavby. Při návrhu bylo nutné respektovat veškeré technické, ergonomické, urbanistické a estetické požadavky, které by umožňovaly pohodlný pobyt rodiny v dnešní moderní době. Rodinný dům se nachází v Mělníku, jehož dlouhý, úzký pozemek zaujímá dvě parcely. Orientace rodinného domu vychází z tvaru pozemku, který nabízí jedny z nejcennějších světových stran, jih a jihozápad. Vzácnost této orientace podporuje i krásný výhled na soutok řek Labe a Vltavy.

The task of the bachelor work was to design the family house for four-member family with two children. Design has to fulfill the conditions given by the territory and to integrate into the surrounding area. During the design was necesarry to respect every technical, ergonomic, urban planning and aesthetic requirements, that they would allow nowadays comfortable stay of the family. The family house is located in Mělník, and its long, narrow land occupies two parcels. Orientation of the house is based on the land shape, which offers one of the most valuable quarters, south and southwest. The rarity of this orientation supports the beautiful view of the confluence of the Elbe and Vltava rivers.
