Rodinný dům v Jizerských horách

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Jizerských horách. Pozemek stavby je umístěn v obci Bedřichov, v blízké vzdálenosti od stadionu, kde se každoročně startuje Jizerská padesátka. Hlavním specifikem a pozitivem parcely je bezpochyby kombinace svažitého terénu se skvělým výhledem a soukromí. Z těchto základů vychází koncepce domu, která využívá intimity prostředí, ale také nabízí obyvatelům skvostný výhled na Jizerské hory. Dům svou hmotou odděluje pobytovou terasu od přilehlé silnice a vytváří pocitově oddělenou hospodářskou část zahrady. Hmota domu je umístěna v jižním cípu parcely a to z důvodu nejvyšší nadmořské výšky v tomto místě, která zaručuje maximální rozhled do okolí. Dům je rozdělen na tři funkční celky a výrazně se otevírá směrem k jihozápadu.

The goal of this thesis is the design of family house in Jizerske mountains. The building plot is located in Bedřichov city near from the stadium where the competition "Jizerská 50" is held. The main specific and advantage of this building plot is undoubtedly combination of sloping terrain with great view and privacy. The concept, which takes advantage of intimate surroundings and offers great views of Jizerske Mountains to house residents, comes out of these pros. The construction of house divides the patio and neighboring road and creates the sensitively separated economic part of the garden. The house construction is located in south end of land because of the highest altitude on the plot which offers the widest view. The house is devided in three functional units and is directed to southeast.
