Rodinný dům Lobendava

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu na lukrativním svažitém pozemku, který se nachází v blízkosti obce Lobendava. Stavba je umístěna v příjemné lokalitě lomu s rybníkem. Objekt je situován tak, aby poskytoval budoucím majitelům nejlepší výhled na okolní lesy a skály z navržené terasy, zimní zahrady nebo prosklené fasády na jihozápadní straně. Hmota rodinného domu je rozložena do tří částí za účelem oddělení osobního, společenského a pracovního života majitelů propojených komunikacemi. Z estetického hlediska je kladen důraz na nenarušení atmosféry okolní přírody. Z toho důvodu je fasáda objektu převážně tvořena prvky z černé břidlice, dřeva a skla. Vzhledem k impozantnosti pozemku se projekt snaží vyhovět nadstandardním parametrům kladených ze strany investora.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house on lucrative sloping land, which is located near the village of Lobendava. The building is located in a pleasant quarry with pond. The building is situated to provide the best views of the surrounding forests and rocks for future owners from the proposed terraces, winter gardens or glass facades on the southwest side. The mass of a family house is divided into three parts in order to separate the personal, social and working life of the owners interconnected by communications. From the point of view of the aesthetics, there is put emphasis on not to disturb the atmosphere of the surrounding nature. For this reason, the facade of the building is mainly composed of elements of black slate, wood and glass. Due to the impressive nature of the land, the project strives to comply with the above-standard parameters of the investor.
