Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu městského rodinného domu v Jičíně. Stavba plní potřeby rodiny výtvarníka. Pozemek pro izolovaný rodinný dům se nalézá v nově regulovaném území bývalých kasáren - Pod Čeřovkou - v návaznosti na zástavbu rodinných domů vystavěných na základě prvorepublikové regulace Čeňka Musila. Zadání je upřesněno zastavovacím plánem, který stanovuje charakter zástavby, vstupy na pozemky i umístění garážového stání v hmotě domu. Dnešní stav typické výstavby rodinných domů, která je z převážné části řešena katalogovými projekty, neumožňuje vhodně reagovat na genia loci místa a neposkytuje přiléhavé řešení pro méně vhodnou orientaci pozemku, svažitý terén a přidruženou funkci domu. Navržený dům je dvoupodlažní s částečným podsklepením. Řešení zahrnuje dvoupodlažní výtvarný ateliér, který spolu s obytným prostorem orientovaným do lipové aleje v přízemí tvoří stěžejní část domu. Soukromá část v druhém podlaží s ložnicemi poskytuje pohledy do celoročně měnící se krajiny, která je integrální součástí Jičína.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of an urban family house in the city of Jičín. The building meets the needs of the artist's family. The site for an isolated family house is located in the newly regulated area of the former barracks - Pod Čeřkovkou - in connection with the development of family houses built on the basis of the First-Republic regulation from Čeněk Musil. The assignment is specified by a development plan, which determines the character of the building, entrances to the sites and the position of a garage in the body of the house. The current state of typical family house development surrounded by catalog houses, does not allow to respond suitably to the genius loci of the site and does not provide a fitting solution for less convenient orientation of the site, sloping terrain and affiliated function of the house. The designed house is a two-storey building with a partial basement. The design includes a two-story art studio, which together with the living space oriented to the linden alley on the ground floor forms the crucial part of the house. The private part with the bedrooms on the second floor provides views of the year-round changing landscape, which is an integral part of the city of Jičín.
