Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu včetně vybraných částí z dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Pozemek se nachází v Mělníku v blízkosti soutoku řek Vltava a Labe v ulici Rybáře. Ze severní části je pozemek obestavěn opěrnou zdí. Hmota je navržena s důrazem na zachování venkovského charakteru okolní zástavby. Umístění domu na zadané parcele je zvolené tak, aby byla uživatelům poskytnuta co největší plocha zahrady.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of an architectural study of a family house for a four-member family, including selected parts from the documentation for the execution of the construction. The land is located in Mělník near the confluence of Vltava and Elbe rivers. From the northern part, the site is surrounded by a retaining wall. The house is designed with the emphasis on preserving the rural character of the surrounding area. The location of the house is chosen to give users the largest possible area of the garden.
