Abstract

ANOTACE Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Mníšku u Liberce, v oblasti nazývané Na Americe. Jedná se o podhorskou oblast se svažitým terénem, která nabízí krásný výhled do okolí a především pak na Ještěd v pozadí. Hmotové a dispoziční řešení je ovlivněno svažitým terénem a orientací ke světovým stranám, s důrazem na lukrativní výhled. Důraz byl kladen také na oddělení společenské a soukromé části objektu a na provázání interiéru s okolní přírodou. Objekt má celkem dvě podlaží, z nichž jedno je podlaží podzemní, které je viditelné pouze ze zahrady a jedno nadzemní podlaží, viditelné z ulice. Nadzemní podlaží je podlažím vstupním, které představuje společenskou část domu a podzemní podlaží pak slouží jako soukromá část domu. S ohledem na přírodní charakter místa je jedním z použitých materiálů dřevěný obklad, který je doplněn omítkou šedé barvy.

ANOTATION The theme of the bachelor thesis is the design of a family house for a four-member family in Mníšek near Liberec, in the area called Na Americe. It is a sub-mountainous area with sloping terrain, which offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and especially of Ještěd in the background. The mass and layout solution is influenced by sloping terrain and orientation to the world's sides, with an emphasis on a lucrative outlook. Emphasis was also placed on the separation of the social and private parts of the building and on the interconnection of the interior with the surrounding nature. The building has two floors, one of which is an underground floor that is visible only from the garden and one aboveground floor visible from the street. The above-ground floor is an entrance floor that represents the social part of the house and the underground floor then serves as a private part of the house. With regard to the natural character of the place, one of the materials used is a wooden tiling, which is supplemented with a grey plaster.
