Abstract

Náplňou tejto bakalárskej práce bolo vypracovanie architektonickej štúdie a vybraných častí projektu v úrovni čiastočnej dokumentácie pre stavebné povolenie dvojpodlažného rodinného domu pre štvorčlennú rodinu umiestneného v prudkom svahu v obci Klecany. Samotnému návrhu domu predchádzala urbanistická štúdia zadanej lokality ktorá riešila prístupovú komunikáciu spolu s rozparcelovaním územia pre izolované rodinné domy s jednotným charakterom. Rodinné domy majú kompaktný tvar a sú riešené ako drevostavby z ťažkého skeletu.

The content of this bachelor thesis consists of an architectural study and selected parts of a housing project using partial documentation for the building permit of a two-storey family house for a four-member family, located on a steep slope, in the village of Klecany. The design of the house was preceded by an urban study of the given location, which solved the problem of the access road along with the division of the territory for isolated family houses with a uniform character. The family houses have a compact shape and are designed as wood houses made from heavy skeleton.
