Zhodnocení efektivity sterilizace ventilačních okruhů v nemocnici

Abstract

Práce mapuje nákladovou efektivitu sterilizace anesteziologických ventilačních okruhů a porovnává ji s náklady při použití jednorázových. Zjišťuje současný stav sterilizace okruhů v ČR i ve světě, sleduje materiály, ze kterých jsou ventilační okruhy vyrobeny. Dále poukazuje na problematiku výměn těchto okruhů na operačních sálech a s tím související bakteriální kontaminaci okruhů. V praktické části porovnává náklady při sterilizaci okruhů v konkrétní nemocnici a porovnává je s používáním jednorázových. Součástí práce jsou modely představující možnosti rozvržení použití ventilačních okruhů v nemocnici. Jednotlivé varianty a jejich položky jsou pak sledovány na úrovni nákladových účtů anesteziologicko-resuscitačního oddělení. Další součástí práce je dotazník zjišťující zvyky ohledně výměn okruhů v nemocnicích v České republice. Celé zkoumání objevilo několik nedostatků, a to od četností výměn, rizik v dlouhodobém používání okruhů až po nedostatečnou funkci antibakteriálních filtrů.

The thesis maps the effectivity of sterilization of the anaesthesiological breathing circuits. It looks into the current state of sterilization of the breathing circuits in the Czech Republic and in the world. It also examines the materials which the circuits are made of. Furthermore, it points to the problems with changing of these circuits in operating theatres and their bacterial contamination. In practical part, the cost of the sterilization of the breathing circuits in a particular hospital is compared with one-use circuits. The other part of this thesis deals with models introducing various possibilities for organizing the breathing circuits in a hospital. Individual possibilities are monitored through the cost accounts of anaesthesiology and resuscitation department. Next part of the thesis is a questionnaire researching breathing circuits changing habits in hospitals in the Czech Republic. During the research, many demerits were found, such as the frequency of changing the breathing circuits, risks of using breathing circuits for a long time and the insufficient function of the antibacterial filters.
