Vliv teroristických útoků na psychiku cestujících v letecké dopravě.

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je problematika vlivu teroristických útoků na psychiku cestujících v letecké dopravě. Aktuálnost této práce vychází z psychických dopadů teroristických útoků na cestující v letecké dopravě v dnešní atmosféře častých teroristických útoků. Teoretická část se zaobírá psychickými dopady na cestující, které působí před traumatizující událostí, tak i po traumatizující události a nastíní krátce psychologii davu. Dále se zaobírá terorismem, jako takovým, tak i výčtem nejvýznamnějších teroristických útoků ve spojitosti s leteckou dopravou. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, kde bude realizováno průzkumné šetření a analýza a vyhodnocení výsledků získaných pomocí nestandardizovaného anonymního dotazníku. Dále budou verifikovány anebo vyvráceny stanovené hypotézy. V praktické části bude v diskuzi provedena komparace námi dosažených výsledků s výsledky jiných autorů, kteří se zaobírají podobnou tématikou.

The content of this thesis is the issue of the impact of terrorist attacks on the psyche of air passengers. The timeliness of this work is based on the psychological impact of terrorist attacks on passengers of air transport in today's atmosphere of frequent terrorist attacks. The theoretical part deals with the psychological impacts on passengers, which acts before a traumatic event and than the psychologics impacts which acts after a traumatic event. The work will mention briefly the crowd psychology. Further it deals with terrorism as such, as well as a list of several terrorist attacks in connection with air transport. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which will be carried out exploratory research and the analysis and evaluation of the results obtained using non-standardized anonymous questionnaire. There will be also confirmed or disproved the hypothesis. In the practical part in the discussion will be compared our results from the research results of other authors who are preoccupied with a similar theme.
