Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování zjednodušené prováděcí dokumentace novostavby čtyřpodlažního bytového domu v Praze 5 - Stodůlkách. Jedná se o podsklepený objekt s jedním podzemním a třemi nadzemními podlažími a členitým půdorysem. V podzemním podlaží jsou umístěny hromadné garáže. Nadzemní podlaží jsou využita k umístění bytových jednotek. Poslední podlaží je ustoupené a vytváří střešní terasu. Konstrukční systém je řešen jako monolitický železobetonový s příčným uspořádáním nosných stěn. V případě podzemního podlaží se jedná o kombinaci stěn, sloupů a průvlaků. Objekt je založen na základových pasech. Obvodový plášť je z vnější strany opatřen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Stropy v celém objektu jsou monolitické železobetonové. Střecha je navržena jako plochá jednoplášťová nevětraná. Součástí práce je podrobný návrh skladeb obvodových i vnitřních konstrukcí, jejich tepelně - technické posouzení, tvorba detailů obvodového pláště a vypracování průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop a simplified design documentation of the new four floor residential building situated in Prague 5 - Stodůlky. The building consists of one underground floor and three aboveground floors. The floor plan of the building is irregular in shape. Parking places are situated in the underground floor. Aboveground floors are used for residential units. Third aboveground floor is receded and creates rooftop terrace. The structural system is designed as a transverse wall system made of a monolithic reinforced concrete. In the underground floor the structural system combines walls, columns and girders. The building is founded on foundation strips. The thermal insulation composite system is applied on external walls. Ceiling structures in the whole building are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof structure is designed as flat and unventilated. The work includes detailed design of the exterior and interior structures, assessment of the building structures in therms of thermal protection, creation of technical details of the envelope structures and laboration of the Energy Performance Certificate of a Building.
