Abstract

Úkolem je nahradit stávající rodinný dům v ulici Na Špitálce č.p. 2297. Nový rodinný dům je navržen tak, aby byl interiér co nejvíce v interakci se zahradou, která je hmotou domu rozdělena na dva hlavní prostory - krytý od ulice a otevřený. Dům je pak navržen jako dvě na sebe kolmé podlouhlé hmoty, kde jedna se dvěma nadzemními podlažími a suterénem má sedlovou střechu s průběžným vikýřem obráceným na jiho-západ a druhá je jednopodlažní bez suterénu s delší stranou rovnoběžná k uliční čáře a s terasou na pochozí střeše, ze které je možné se kochat výhledem na Prahu.

The task is to replace the current family house in the street Na Špitálce n. 2297. The new family house is designed to connect the interier with the garden as well as possible. The garden is divided by the substance of the house into two main spaces - the one covered from the street and the second opened to the public space. A mass of the house is created from two elongated substances, where the first one with groun floor, the first floor and the one underground floor is covered by a saddle roof with a continuous skylight on the south-west side of the roof. The second one with onley the ground floor has a flat roof with a terrace, from where can be seen a breathtaking view of the Prague.
