Návrh stavebních úprav v mateřské škole se zaměřením na denní osvětlení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem stavebních úprav mateřské školy. V rámci stavebního průzkumu se zaměří stávající stav objektu, který se zakreslí ve vybrané projektové dokumentaci pro stavební povolení. Předběžně se staticky posoudí nosné konstrukce. Bude popsáno možné rozšíření užitného prostoru do nevyužívaných částí podkroví. Obalové konstrukce se posoudí z tepelně technického hlediska a v případě nevyhovujícího stavu bude navrženo zateplení objektu. V další části budou sepsány legislativní požadavky kladené na mateřskou školu se zaměřením na světelnou techniku. Učebny budou posouzeny z hlediska činitele denní osvětlenosti a rovnoměrnosti denního osvětlení. U nevyhovujícího stavu se navrhnou vhodné konstrukční a dispoziční úpravy.

This bachelor thesis is about the plan of building modifications for a nursery school. During the buildings survey the current condition of the building will be drawn into the particular project documents for a building permission. The load-bearing construction will be statics judged. Also there will be described the possible enlargement of a usable areas into the non- used parts of the attic. The wrapping constructions will be judged in a heat thermal technical viewpoint and in the case of wanting constructions it will be recommended to use a thermal insulation of the building. In the next part there will be written up the legislative requirements layed for the nursery schools with orientation on light technics. Classrooms will be judged according to the daylight factor viewpoint and uniformity of daylight. In case of wanting condition there will be designed suitable constructional and disposition adjustment.
