Abstract

Zadáním bylo navrhnout rodinný dům v Krušných horách v Boleboři u Jirkova - v podhorské oblasti se svažitým terénem.Cílem je návrh rodinného domu pro minimálně čtyři členy s důrazem na urbanistický charakter vesnice, svažitý terén a výhled na okolí. Konceptem hmotového řešení je reakce na okolní zástavbu - orientace do dvou směrů. Hmota domu se skládá ze dvou částí - domu se sedlovou střechou a garáže. Dispoziční řešení je navrženo s ohledem na bezbariérový pohyb nejstarších členů rodiny ve vstupním podlaží, s přístupem na terasu z obytné části. Ve druhém podlaží jsou navrženy klidové prostory. Jedná se o zděnou stavbu s hambálkovým krovem. Fasáda je řešena kombinací bílé a šedé barvy společně s kamenným a dřevěným obkladem.

The task was to design a house in the Ore Mountains in Boleboř at Jirkova - in the highland area of the sloping terrain. The goal is to design a house for a minimum of four members, with emphasis on the urban character of the village, sloping terrain and views of the surroundings. Massing concept is a response to the surrounding buildings - orientation in two directions. The mass of the house consists of two parts - a house with a gable roof and garage. The layout is designed with wheelchair movement oldest members of the family of entry level, with access to the terrace from the living area. On the second floor are designed rest areas. It is a brick building with collar beams rafters. The facade is a mix of white and gray colors along with stone and wood paneling.
