Použití celotělových bezpečnostních skenerů při kontrolách v civilním letectví

Abstract

Zajištění bezpečnosti civilní letecké přepravy je v současných podmínkách zhoršující se mezinárodní bezpečnostní situace úkolem, který vyžaduje neustálý pokrok ve vývoji a aplikaci nových technologií a detekčních zařízení. Obsahem bakalářské práce je tedy problematika bezpečnostních kontrol osob v oblasti civilního letectví, se zaměřením na možnosti použití celotělových bezpečnostních skenerů. Práce je zaměřená především na zhodnocení možnosti použití této technologie v podmínkách letiště V. Havla v Praze. Teoretická část práce je věnována shrnutí aktuálního stavu národní a mezinárodní legislativy, která tuto oblast bezpečnostních kontrol upravuje a popisu dostupných technologií bezpečnostních skenerů. V praktické části práce je proveden průzkum postoje běžné veřejnosti k této metodě bezpečnostní kontroly osob a je navržena kombinace detekčních metod při použití bezpečnostních skenerů v podmínkách letiště V. Havla v Praze. Součástí výsledků bakalářské práce je i identifikace parametrů, které by měly být zohledněny při výběru konkrétního typu tohoto detekčního zařízení v rámci případného zavedení do použití na tomto letišti.

In the current condition of the worsening international security situation ensuring the safety of civilian air transport is a task that requires constant progress in the application of new technologies and detection equipment. The content of this Bachelor's thesis is, therefore, the issue of security checks of people in the field of civil aviation security, focusing on the possibility of the use of full body security scanners. The thesis is focused mainly on the assessment of the possibilities of using this technology in the conditions of Vaclav Havel airport in Prague. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to a summary of the current situation regarding national and international legislation, which regulates this area of security controls and to a description of the available technologies of security scanners. In the practical part of the work a survey of the public attitude to this method of security checks on people is conducted and a combination of detection methods by using airport security scanners at Vaclav Havel airport in Prague is designed. Part of the results of the Bachelor thesis is also the identification of parameters that should be taken into account in the selection of a particular type of detection equipment in the scope of its possible introduction into the use at the airport.
