| dc.description.abstract | V této diplomové práci je popsána aktuální kategorizace budov z hlediska energetické náročnosti. Dále je představen konkrétní objekt, u kterého je po technické i ekonomické stránce zhodnocen jeho současných stav hospodaření s energií. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou navrženy zlepšující varianty řešení z hlediska energetických potřeb a na závěr je doporučena optimální varianta. | cze |

The specific building is described and also the current status of energy management is technically and economically assessed.
