Vliv depozičních podmínek na elektrické vlastnosti plazmových nástřiků oxidu yttritého.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem depozičních podmínek na elektrické vlastnosti plazmových nástřiků oxidu yttritého Y2O3. Klade si za cíl prostudovat tuto nepříliš probádanou oblast, a tím rozšířit aplikační možnosti plazmových nástřiků Y2O3. V rámci teoretické části práce se autor nejdříve zaměřuje na obecné seznámení s termickými nástřiky, jako je způsob a technologie jejich přípravy, a dále obsahuje bibliografickou rešerši na téma elektrických vlastností termických nástřiků. V závěru teoretické části je čtenář seznámen s oxidem yttritým. V praktické části práce autor popisuje výrobu a přípravu měřených vzorků a postupy jednotlivých měření. Jmenovitě se jedná o měření relativní permitivity a ztrátového činitele v závislosti na teplotě a frekvenci, rezistivity, šířky zakázaného pásu, pórovitosti, tvrdosti, analýzu mikrostruktury a analýzu rentgenovou difrakcí. V závěru jsou diskutovány souvislosti mezi parametry depozice a elektrickými a strukturními vlastnostmi nástřiků.

This master's thesis looks into the influence of deposition conditions on electrical properties of plasma sprayed yttria Y2O3. It aims to investigate this not very explored field and thereby expand application possibilities of plasma sprayed Y2O3. Within the theoretical part of the thesis, the author focuses on a general introduction to thermal spray coatings, such as methods and technologies of its preparation. It also includes a bibliographic research on the topic of electrical properties of thermal spray coatings. The reader is familiar with yttria in the end of the theoretical part. Within the practical part of the thesis, the author describes production and preparation of measured specimens and procedure of each measurement, namely relative permittivity and loss factor temperature and frequency dependence, band gap energy, porosity, hardness, analysis of microstructure and X-ray diffraction. Relations between deposition parameters and electrical and structural properties of the coatings are discussed in the conclusion chapter.
