Motivace pracovníků neziskové organizace

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace pracovníků neziskových organizací. Skládá se ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na neziskový sektor, jeho vývoj, důležitost, členění a na jeho pracovníky. Podstatný díl práce se zabývá také dobrovolnictvím, které hraje v neziskovém sektoru důležitou roli. Dále se tato část věnuje motivaci, koncepcím a teoriím motivace, které vedou k lepšímu řízení neziskové organizace. V rámci praktické části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, zabývající se motivací pracovníků neziskových organizací. Zjištěná data byla následně analyzována. Na základě výsledků byla uvedena některá doporučení, na která by se měla nezisková organizace zaměřit, aby lépe řídila své pracovníky.

This bachelor thesis deals with motivation of employees in non-governmental and non-profit organizations. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on non-profit sector, its development, the importance, structure and to its employees. A substantial part of the work also deals with volunteering, which plays an important role in the non-profit sector. Furthermore, this part discusses the motivation, concepts and theories of motivation that lead to better management of non-governmental organizations. The questionnaire survey, dealing with motivation of NGO employees, was made in the practical part of the thesis. The detected data were analyzed. Several recommendations were presented on the base of results. These recommendations should help to managers to lead their employees better.
