Rizika vstupu na stavební trh Běloruska

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována identifikaci hlavních rizik vstupu na stavební trh Běloruska. V práci jsou uvedeny užitečné informace, kterou může využít podnikatel, hodlající vstoupit na běloruský stavební trh. Práce popisuje způsoby přípravy vstupu na zahraniční trh, rizika mezinárodního podnikání, možnosti jejich omezení a programy státní podpory vývozců v České republice. Uvádí základní informace o Bělorusku, jeho stavebním trhu a aspektech ovlivňujících podnikání v této zemi. Cíl práce spočíval především v určení rizik při vstupu na stavební trh Běloruska. Tohoto cíle bylo dosaženo zkoumáním teorie rizik, situace v zemi, hodnocení rizik Běloruska ratingovými agenturami a pojišťovnami. Rizika byla stanovena také na základě špatných zkušeností zahraničních firem na běloruském stavebním trhu. Výsledkem této práce je tedy identifikace základních rizik vstupu na stavební trh Běloruska, která pomůže podnikatelům rozhodnout, zda má smysl uvažovat o vstupu na běloruský trh jako potenciální rozšíření působení či nikoliv, a vyhodnotit, která z rizik je schopen podnik snést a v jakém rozsahu.

The thesis focuses on identification of major risks of entering construction industry of Belarus. The information presented in papers may be useful for international entrepreneurs, who have intention to enter the construction industry of this country. The thesis covers possible methods of preparation for entering international markets, risks and limitations involved in doing international business. The papers also discuss assistance programs offered by Czech government to exporters of goods and services. The work contains useful information about Belarus, its construction industry and major aspects of doing business there. The objective of the thesis was to identify major risks of entering construction industry of Belarus. To reach this objective I focused on understanding risks theory, the situation in the country, valuations of risks done by rating agencies. The risks were also identified through understanding of past unsuccessful experience of international companies on Belorussian market.
