Zhodnocení vývoje financování státní infrastruktury

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení systému financování dopravní infrastruktury v České republice. První část se věnuje externalitám z dopravy a jednotlivě je definuje. Druhá část vysvětluje strukturu dopravního systému založenou na historických událostech spojených se vznikem dopravní infrastruktury na území dnešní ČR. Ve třetí části práce je detailní rozbor rozpočtů jednotlivých státních organizací odpovídajících za daný druh dopravy. Financování dopravy je v dnešní době úzce spjato se zdroji EU. Této problematice se věnuje předposlední kapitola. Poslední kapitola práce je zaměřena na alternativní formy financování a to konkrétně na způsob financování formou PPP projektů.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyses the transportation system infrastructure funding in Czech Republic. The first part concentrates and defines externalities from transport. The second part explains structure of the transportation system based on historical moments which relate to the beginning of transportation infrastructure on nowadays territory of the Czech Republic. In the third part is a detailed budget analysis of individual national organizations responsible for certain kinds of transportation. Today's financing of transportation closely depends on financial resources of EU. Penultimate chapter analyses this issue. Last chapter of this thesis concentrates on alternative forms of the financing, concretely financing by form of PPP projects.
