Ověření velikosti deformací na malých designových hranách

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá deformací na velmi malých rádiech při lisování karoserií automobilů. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na popisu lisovacího procesu, tvařitelností materiálu, problematikou nanášení deformačních sítí a simulačními softwary. Praktická část práce se zabývá numerickými simulacemi, jejich vyhodnocením a porovnáním s reálným výliskem. Hlavním sledovaným znakem simulací a reálného procesu je ztenčení materiálu na designové hraně.

This diploma thesis deals with deformation on very small radius during the automobile bodywork stamping. The theoretical part is focused on description of the stamping proces, formabillity of the material, problems about applying the deformation mesh and simulation softwares. The experimental part deals with numerical simulations, their evaluation and comparison with real formed part. The main monitored parameter of simulations and real stamping proces is the thinning of the material on design edge .
