Návrh a implementace systému podpory oběhu elektronického obsahu firmy

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací nástroje pro podporu schvalování elektronického obsahu, který se firmě tvoří a předává mezi zaměstnanci a klienty. Práce obsahuje analýzu požadavků na nový nástroj, který má tento proces zefektivnit, jeho návrh a implementaci pomocí Google Drive API. Výsledek je poté pilotně nasazen ve firmě a otestován zaměstnanci firmy a jsou zhodnoceny přínosy pro firemní praxi.

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a tool that supports approval process of electronic content, which is created in a company and transferred between employees and clients. Thesis also contains the analysis of the requirements for the new tool, its design and implementation using Google Drive API. Afterwards, the result is deployed and tested by employees. In the end there is the evaluation of the benefits for the company.
