Ekonomické, legislativní a technické aspekty výstavby rodinných a bytových domů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce slouží k základní orientaci v problematice nízkoenergetické výstavby. Zabývá se vysvětlením pojmů, které se používají při diskusi technických požadavků jak stavební konstrukce, tak i technického zařízení budovy. Práce objasňuje i hlavní zásady dispozičního řešení při návrhu stavby nízkoenergetických budov. Dále vysvětluje rozdíly mezi běžnou novostavbou, nízkoenergetickým, pasivním a nulovým domem z hlediska technických parametrů, izolace, větrání a vytápění. Rozebírá i podmínky a řešení rekonstrukce bytového domu až do pasivního standardu. Část bakalářské práce se zabývá legislativními požadavky výstavby. Zejména zákonem o hospodaření energií, vyhláškou o energetické náročnosti budov, tepelnou ochranou budov a definici pasivního domu v české legislativě. Cílem práce je pokusit se navrhnout ekonomicky optimální řešení vytápění realizovaného energeticky pasivního domu pomocí ekonomických ukazatelů. Výsledek práce by měl posloužit k orientaci v různých typech vytápění a jejich výhodnosti.

This Bachelor Thesis introduces the basic orientation in low-energy building issues. It deals with an explanation of terms, which are used to discuss technical requirements of building structures and also technical equipment of building. The thesis also clarifies main principles of disposition in low-energy buildings design. Further the thesis explains differences in common new building, a low-energy building, passive and a zero house by the view of technical parameters, insulation, ventilation and heating; The thesis also analyses reconstruction of a residential building into the passive standard solution. Part of the thesis deals with legislative requirements of construction. Mainly with law about an energy managements, edict about energy performance of buildings, thermal protection of buildings and definition of passive house in Czech legislative. Aim of the thesis is to try to design economically optimal solution of heating of realised energetically passive house using economic indicators. Result of the thesis should be used to orient in different types of heating and their convenience.
