Práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukčním řešením elektrické naklápěcí plošiny navržené pro měření pohybových změn malých živočichů při jejím naklápění v prostoru a metod kvantitativního hodnocení kinematických dat. Za tímto účelem je využito 3 na sebe...
This works describes the design and mechanical properties of an Electronic Revolvable Platform constructed to measure slight movement changes of small animals when tilted in space. In order to do that a Camera System consisting of three orthogonal webcameras has been proposed and placed as a part of the revolvable platform. The image processing methods are realized in MatLab?. This thesis describes certain solutions to problems that surfaced while dealing with every aspect of the design of both ? the platform, and the SW to control it. The communication between them is also described and last, but not least, the means of quantifying the measured data and comparing methods between species are proposed and described. The measurements have so far been conducted on various species of frogs and leopard geckos, while this work focuses mainly on geckos. The purpose of this work is to find a similarity in the behavior patterns of different species on tilting of the platform in space and quantitatively compare the results between them. This project has been realized thanks to cooperation between ČVUT ? The Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, Charles?s University in Prague ? Faculty of Natural Sciences, and University Hospital Motol in Prague and has been financed by SGS15/107/OHK4/1T/17....
