Nosná dřevěná konstrukce zimního stadionu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout konstrukci zastřešení zimního stadionu. Navržené půdorysné rozměry pro stadion jsou 42 x 78 m. Zimní stadión se nachází v Jičíně. Nosná konstrukce má v příčném směru 42 metrů a v podélném směru 78 metrů se vzepětím 9,4m. Hlavní nosný prvek konstrukce je dvoukloubový rám o rozměrech 240 x 1400 mm umístěný po 6 metrech a vyrobený z lepeného lamelového dřeva. Rám je konstrukčně rozdělen na 3 části, krajní části mají tvar oblouku, prostřední část je sedlová. Hala má půlkruhový okraj, který tvoří polovina příčné vazby, a jsou uspořádány radiálně po 22,5°. Vrchol haly je opatřen světlíkem, který tvoří vizáž obrácené lodi. Další součástí stadionu je betonová tribuna. Práce obsahuje statický výpočet, výkresovou dokumentaci a technickou zprávu. Statický výpočet zahrnuje nývrh jednotlivých konstrukčních prvků a jejich spojů. Výkresová dokumentace obsahuje příslušné výkresy včetně detailů. Technická zpráva dodává podrobný popis haly.

The aim of this thesis is to design the roofing structure for an ice rink. The proposed dimensions for the stadium are 42 x 78 meters. The ice rink is located in Jičín. The supporting structure spans 42 meters transversely and 78 meters longitudinally with a rise of 9.4 meters. The main supporting element of the structure is a two-hinged frame measuring 240 x 1400 mm, placed every 6 meters and made of glued laminated timber. The frame is structurally divided into three parts, with the outer sections shaped as arches and the middle section as a gable. The hall has a semicircular edge, which constitutes half of the transverse frame, and they are arranged radially at 22.5-degree intervals. The peak of the hall is equipped with a skylight, giving the appearance of an inverted boat. Another feature of the stadium is a concrete grandstand. The thesis includes a static calculation, drawing documentation, and a technical report. The static calculation covers the design of individual structural elements and their connections. The drawing documentation includes relevant drawings and details. The technical report provides a detailed description of the hall.
