Abstract

Návrh rodinného domu pro pětičlennou rodinu v Praze 6, Dejvicích. Koncept domu čerpá z odkazu historických usedlostí, za který ukrývá komfort moderního bydlení. Důsledně odděluje intimní zónu jak na pozemku, tak i v dispozici domu, přičemž provoz zahrnuje krom bydlení také společenskou funkci. Velkoplošný stínící prvek umístěný podel jižního okraje zahrady slouží jako hradba mezi ruchem Evropské třídy a soukromím skromné zahrady. Na západní straně navazuje pozemek na novou obslužnou komunikaci, oplocení z této uliční strany je zděné a zahrnuje domovní kiosek, na jižní hranici setrvává stávající zeď. Do zahrady se dům otevírá a obytná zóna může za hezkého počasí přetékat z interiéru na prostornou terasu.

Design of a family house for a family of five in Prague 6, Dejvice. The concept of the house draws on the legacy of historical estates, behind which it hides the comfort of modern living. It thoughtfully separates the intimate zone both on the plot and in the layout of the house, while the operation includes not only housing but also a social function. A large-area shading element located along the southern edge of the garden serves as a wall between the hustle and bustle of Evropská třída and the privacy of the modest garden. On the western side, the plot connects to a new service road, the fencing on this side of the street is brick and includes a house kiosk, and the existing wall remains on the southern border. The house opens into the garden and, in nice weather, the living area can overflow from the interior to the spacious terrace.
