Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby rodinného domu. Investorem je čtyřčlenná rodina, manželský pár se dvěma dětmi, synem a dcerou, ve věku 6 a 13 let. Součástí projektu bylo vypracování architektonické studie spolu s částí projektové dokumentace ve stupni stavebního povolení. Pozemek se nachází v Praze na Barrandově, v zatáčce nad ulicí Barrandovská, kousek před vjezdem k Barrandovským terasám. Projekt reaguje na pozitiva a negativa spojená s pozemkem na skále, kterými byla například rušná komunikace, vyvýšený sousední dům mající výhled na řešený pozemek z jihu či nádherný výhled na Prahu a Hlubočepské plotny. I přes svůj netradiční vzhled návrh rodinného domu zohledňuje specifické požadavky rodiny.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a new family house. The investor is a family of four, a married couple with two children, a son and a daughter, aged 6 and 13. The project involved the preparation of an architectural study together with a part of the design documentation at the building permit stage. The land is located in Prague, Barrandov, at the top of the bend of Barrandovská Street, just before the entrance to Barrandov Terraces. The project responds to the positives and negatives associated with the land on the rock, which were, for example, the busy road, the elevated neighbouring house overlooking the plot from the south or the beautiful view of Prague and Hlubočepské plotny. Despite its unconventional appearance, the design of the house takes into account the specific requirements of the family.
