Fyzioterapeutická intervence u dítěte s opožděným vývojem a kombinovanou vadou metatarsus adductus a talus verticalis

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování fyzioterapeutické intervence u dítěte s opožděným vývojem a kombinovanou vadou metatarsus adductus a talus verticalis V teoretické části je popsána základní anatomie dolní končetiny. Dále jsou zde charakterizovány příčiny vzniku daných vad, symptomy, možnosti léčby a ortopedické pomůcky. V metodologické kapitole jsou uvedeny vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické postupy, jež jsem využila během terapie. Praktická část je zpracována formou kazuistika pacientky. Je rozdělena do několika částí, jako je anamnestická část se vstupním vyšetřením. Na základě vstupního kineziologického vyšetření byl sestaven krátkodobý plán individuální terapie. Také jsou zde popsány jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky. Ve výsledcích jsou porovnána vstupní a výstupní data, která posloužila ke zhodnocení efektivity nastavené léčby a tvorbě dlouhodobého terapeutického plánu. Diskuse obsahuje srovnání a zhodnocení poznatků získaných během terapie s poznatky uvedenými v odborné literatuře. Dále je zde zmíněna náročnost léčby ovlivněná opožděným vývojem pacientky a úspěšná spolupráce s rodinou. V závěru práce je zdůrazněno dosažení stanovených cílů.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a physiotherapeutic intervention in a child with developmental delay and a combined deformity of metatarsus adductus and talus verticalis. The theoretical part describes the basic anatomy of the lower limb. It also characterizes the causes of the mentioned deformities, their symptoms, treatment options, and orthopedic aids. The methodological chapter presents the examination methods and therapeutic approaches were used during the therapy. The practical part is structured in the form of a case study of a female patient. It is divided into several sections, including anamnestic data and the initial examination. Based on the initial kinesiological assessment, a short-term individual therapy plan was developed. The individual therapy sessions are also described. In the results section, the initial and final data are compared, which served to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented treatment and to develop a long-term therapy plan. The discussion includes a comparison and evaluation of the findings obtained during therapy with those found in the scientific literature. It also addresses the complexity of the treatment influenced by the patient's developmental delay, as well as the successful cooperation with the family. The conclusion of the thesis emphasizes the achievement of the defined goals.
