ŽELEZNIČNÍ ESTAKÁDA STROMOVKA - BUBNY

Abstract

Stávající objekt železniční estakády od parku Stromovka po nádraží Bubny skýtá ve svém bezprostředním okolí prostory využitelné pro umístění nedostatkových služeb a funkcí v přilehlé čtvrti Holešovice Letná, kterou vlakové přemostění protíná. Cílem je navrhnout konstrukci doplňující objekt železniční estakády a umístit zde maximální množství automobilů parkujících v současnosti na veřejných prostrastvích. Navržená stavba má řešit více krizových aspektů současně, jako je i tepelný ostrov města, zeleň ve veřejných prostorech, nedostatek skladovacích prostor, nebo jiný chybějící funkce v místě. Ve výsledku by měla mít liniová struktura podél estakády efekt uvolnění ulic a dalšího možného rozvoje pro okolí. Zlepšení klimatických podmínek a nastartování zelené strategie v daném kontextu. Předmětem práce je i prověření budoucího rozvoje v okolí stavby, etapizace kroků a jejich základní specifika.
