Čínská iniciativa pás a stezka v Africe: analýza vybraných cílů čínské ekonomické politiky po roce 2015

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje čínské iniciativě Pás a stezka a jejímu působení v Africe. Iniciativa, kterou Čína oficiálně představila v roce 2013, je považována za významný příklad čínské ekonomické diplomacie, kterým Čína prosazuje geopolitický vliv. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat, jakým způsobem se vybrané aspekty iniciativy Pás a stezka projevují v Africe, se zaměřením na specifický cíl propojení infrastruktury. Součástí práce je také analýza širšího rámce realizace na africkém kontinentu a její implementace. Pro naplnění cíle byla využita kombinace teoretické a praktické analýzy. Práce vychází z odborné literatury a výzkumných zpráv a zaměřuje se jak na obecný vývoj iniciativy Pás a stezka, tak na konkrétní projekty realizované v afrických zemích. Z výsledků vyplývá, že iniciativa Pás a stezka výrazně ovlivnila rozvoj infrastruktury v Africe a přinesla nové příležitosti. Zároveň se však ukazuje, že její realizace neslouží pouze k rozvoji konkrétních regionů a zemí, ale také k posilování vlivu Číny. Spolupráce je proto spojena i s určitými výzvami a riziky například v souvislosti s mírou zadlužení.

This bachelor thesis focuses on China's Belt and Road Initiative and its work in Africa. The initiative, which China officially introduced in 2013, is considered a significant example of Chinese economic diplomacy through which China asserts geopolitical influence. The main objective of this study is to analyse how selected aspects of the Belt and Road Initiative operate in Africa, focusing on the specific objective of infrastructure connectivity. The thesis also includes an analysis of the broader implementation framework on the African continent and its implementation. A combination of theoretical and practical analysis was used to meet the objective. The thesis is based on literature and research reports and focuses on both the general development of the Belt and Road Initiative and specific projects implemented in African countries. The results show that the Belt and Road Initiative has had a significant impact on infrastructure development in Africa and has created new opportunities. However, it shows that its implementation has not only contributed to the development of specific regions and countries, but also to strengthening China's influence. Cooperation is therefore also associated with certain challenges and risks, for example in relation to debt levels.
