Fyzioterapie polymorbidní pacientky s Behçetovou nemocí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fyzioterapii pacientky s Behçetovou nemocí, jejíž stav je komplikován mnohočetnými přidruženými onemocněními. Práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky. V kapitole Přehled současného stavu je provedena klasifikace Behçetovy nemoci, popsána historie, epidemiologie, etiopatogeneze, možnosti diagnostiky, jsou zde zmíněny možné projevy v nejrůznějších systémech lidského těla a léčba. Dále jsou stručně popsána přidružená onemocnění. Metodika obsahuje vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které byly aplikovány při terapiích. Speciální část práce zahrnuje kazuistiku pacientky, kdy vstupní kineziologický rozbor byl podkladem pro vypracování krátkodobého i dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu. Následně jsou popsány jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky. Ve výsledcích je zpracován výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocen přínos terapie, kdy porovnáním dat je získán obraz o pozitivním dopadu fyzioterapeutické intervence. V diskuzi se pojednává o problematice vybraného tématu a dosažené výsledky jsou porovnány s odbornými texty na podobné téma. V závěru je zhodnocen přínos práce a splnění cílů.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the physiotherapy of a patient with Behçet's disease, whose condition is complicated by multiple associated diseases. The thesis is presented in the form of a case report. The chapter overview of the current status mentions the classification of Behçet's disease, its history, epidemiology, etiopathogenesis, diagnostic possibilities, possible manifestations in various systems of the human body, and treatment. Furthermore, associated diseases are briefly described. The methodology includes investigative and therapeutic methods that have been applied in therapies. A special part of the work contains a case report of a patient, where the initial kinesiological analysis was the basis for the development of a short- and long-term rehabilitation plan. Subsequently, the individual therapeutic units are described. In the results, the output kinesiological analysis is elaborated, and the benefit of the therapy is evaluated whereby comparing the data, a picture of the positive impact of the physiotherapeutic intervention is obtained. In the discussion, the problems of the selected topic are discussed and the achieved results are compared with the specialized texts on a similar topic. In conclusion, the contribution of the work and the achievement of the objectives are evaluated.
