Dynamická kontrastní ultrasonografie

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce Dynamická kontrastní ultrasonografie je vysvětlení principů provedení dynamické kontrastní ultrasonografie, obecně známé pod zkratkou CEUS. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány počátky ultrazvuku a jeho obecný princip, jednotlivé módy zobrazení a předpoklady pro práci radiologického asistenta. Dále je zde představen diagnostický ultrazvukový systém Aplio i800 a je zpracován popis a možnosti metody CEUS při vyšetření jater, reprezentujících parenchymatózní orgány dutiny břišní. Praktická část je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu provedenému v podmínkách Kliniky zobrazovacích metod ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole. Výzkum byl zaměřen na počty provedených vyšetření CEUS, vyhodnocení zjištěných nálezů a ověření jejich správnosti, jakož i na stanovení vztahu mezi vznikem jaterních lézí a věkem pacienta. V závěru je konstatováno ověření, že metoda CEUS je vysoce přesný typ diagnostiky s průkaznými výsledky a díky své šetrnosti jde o metodu vhodnou pro pacienta v každém věku.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis "Dynamic contrast ultrasonography" is an explanation of the principles of performing dynamic contrast ultrasonography, generally known under the abbreviation "CEUS". The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the beginnings of ultrasound and its general principle, individual display modes and prerequisites for the work of a radiological assistant are described. Furthermore, the diagnostic ultrasound system Aplio i800 is presented here, and the description and possibilities of the CEUS method in the examination of the liver, representing the parenchymatous organs of the abdominal cavity, are elaborated. The practical part is devoted to qualitative research carried out in the conditions of the Imaging Methods Clinic at the Faculty Hospital in Motol. The research was focused on the number of CEUS examinations performed, the evaluation of the findings and verification of their correctness, as well as the determination of the relationship between the occurrence of liver lesions and the age of the patient. In the conclusion, it is verified that the CEUS method is a highly accurate type of diagnosis with convincing results and, thanks to its gentleness, it is a method suitable for patients of any age.
