Porovnání místních diagnostických referenčních úrovní s národními diagnostickými referenčními úrovněmi pro diagnostická vyšetření dospělých v nukleární medicíně na konkrétním zadaném pracovišti

Abstract

Ve své práci v teoretické části popisuji úvod do radiační ochrany, převážně pak její obecný vývoj a principy s konkrétním zaměřením na princip aplikace dávkových limitů. V návaznosti na toto téma zde taktéž popsuji historii diagnostických referenčních úrovní, jejich dělení, stanovování, revizi a implementaci v odvětví nukleární medicíny. Následně v této části uvádím obecné informace o nukleární medicíně od její stručné historie, přes principy detekce záření a typické detekční metody, až po specifika radiofarmak, včetně jejich výroby a požadavků pro následné využití. V praktické části práce následně uvádím postup sběru dat, díky kterým taktéž popisuji možnosti a vybavení zadaného pracoviště. Dále v této části prezentuji shromážděné informace, ze kterých následně porovnávám data o místních diagnostických referenčních úrovních jednak mezi sebou a jednak také s národními diagnostickými referenčními úrovněmi v konkrétním časovém období. Tato část je také podpořena vlastním výpočtem místních diagnostických referenčních úrovní pro dvě typická vyšetření prováděná na pracovišti nukleární medicíny.

In my work, in the theoretical part, I describe an introduction to radiation protection, mainly focusing on its general development and principles, with specific emphasis on the principle of applying dose limits. Following this topic, I also describe the history of diagnostic reference levels, their classification, determination, revision, and implementation in the field of nuclear medicine. Subsequently, in this section, I provide general information about nuclear medicine, from its brief history, through radiation detection principles and typical detection methods, to the specifics of radiopharmaceuticals, including their production and requirements for subsequent use. In the practical part of the work, I then present the procedure for data collection, which also enables me to describe the possibilities and equipment of the designated workplace. Furthermore, in this section, I present the gathered information, from which I subsequently compare data on local diagnostic reference levels both among themselves and with national diagnostic reference levels in a specific time period. This section is also supported by the calculation of local diagnostic reference levels for two typical examinations conducted at the nuclear medicine facility.
