Vliv onemocnění diabetes mellitus na refrakční stav oka

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá charakteristikou a hodnocením vlivu diabetu mellitu na refrakční stav oka. Práce se v úvodních kapitolách podrobně zabývá anatomií a fyziologií oka. Dále podrobně popisuje onemocnění diabetes mellitus, jeho klasifikaci, epidemiologii, patofyziologii a možnou kompenzaci a léčbu. Nastiňuje také problematiku onemocnění a jeho četnost v populaci po celém světě. Jedním z hlavních témat této práce je vliv diabetu mellitu na optická média, refrakční a celkový stav oka. V neposlední řadě se zaobírá dalšími přidruženými komplikacemi způsobenými diabetem mellitem. Tato práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na toto onemocnění a jeho vliv na zrak, což může vést k lepšímu porozumění a využití u pacientu s onemocněním diabetes mellitus.

This theses deals with the characterization and evaluation of the effect of diabetes mellitus on the refractive state of the eye. In the introductory chapters the anatomy and physiology of the eye are discussed in detail. It also describes in detail the disease diabetes mellitus, its classification, epidemiology, pathophysiology and possible compensation and treatment. It also outlines the issues of the disease and its frequency in the population worldwide. One of the main topics of this work is the effect of diabetes mellitus on the optical media, refractive and general condition of the eye. Last but not least, it discusses other associated complications caused by diabetes mellitus. This work provides a comprehensive view of this disease and its effect on vision which may lead to better understanding and utilization in patients with diabetes mellitus.
