Hodnocení struktury a vlastností recyklovaných titanových slitin

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením struktury a vlastností recyklovaných titanových slitin. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda se mikrostruktura recyklovaného titanu mění ve srovnání s primárně vyráběným titanem a zda tvrdost recyklovaného materiálu odpovídá běžně známým stavům materiálů a je srovnatelná s obvyklými hodnotami. Byla provedena zkouška tvrdosti podle Vickerse, mikrostrukturní a chemická analýza a získané výsledky byly následně diskutovány a porovnávány s teoretickou částí této práce.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the structure and properties of recycled titanium alloys. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the microstructure of recycled titanium changes compared to primary produced titanium and whether the hardness of the recycled materiál corresponds to commonly known states of materials and is comparable to conventional values. Vickers hardness test, microstructural and chemical analysis were performer and the obtained results were then discussed and compared with the theoretical part of this thesis.
