Problematika revitalizace brownfields na území vybrané obce s rozšířenou působností

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je analyzovat brownfieldy na území vybrané obce s rozšířenou působností a komparovat je s úspěšně provedenými revitalizacemi. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, vznik, typologii a problémy související s brownfieldy. Pokračuje představením brownfieldů v kontextu regionálního rozvoje a poté specifikací pozitiv, bariér, zainteresovaných stran, podpory a zdroji financování revitalizace brownfieldů. Popis evidence brownfieldů uzavírá teoretickou část. Praktická část začíná charakteristikou správního obvodu obce s rozšířenou působností Litomyšl s následnými příklady úspěšných revitalizací na tomto území. Dále obsahuje analýzu brownfieldů v obci s rozšířenou působností Litomyšl s identifikací příčin dosud neprovedených revitalizací a komparací spolu s vypracováním návrhů budoucího využití zvolených brownfieldů. Závěr diplomové práce stanovuje doporučení pro obce a soukromé vlastníky brownfieldů.

The subject of the thesis is to analyze brownfields on the territory of a selected municipality with extended powers and to compare them with successfully implemented revitalizations. The theoretical part defines the basic terms, origin, typology and problems related to brownfields. It continues by introducing brownfields in the context of regional development and then specifying the positives, barriers, stakeholders, support and sources of funding for brownfield revitalization. The description of brownfield records concludes the theoretical part. The practical part begins with the characteristics of the selected municipality with extended powers Litomyšl, followed by examples of successful revitalizations in this area. It also contains an analysis of brownfields in the selected municipality with extended powers of Litomyšl, with the identification of the causes of revitalizations not yet carried out and comparisons, together with the development of proposals for the future use of selected brownfields. The conclusion of the thesis establishes recommendations for municipalities and private owners of brownfields.
