Energeticky efektivní přestavba obecní knihovny ve Velkém Oseku

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh přestavby stávajícího objektu obecní knihovny, jehož původní část byla realizována roku 1927, s cílem dosáhnout energeticky pasivního standardu budovy. V práci je věnována pozornost zejména problematice dispozičních a stavebních změn, vlivu stavebních materiálů na životní prostředí, požární bezpečnosti stavby, ochrany proti radonu a vlhkosti z podloží, konstrukčního řešení, denního osvětlení, technického zařízení budovy a energetické náročnosti.

The subject of the thesis is a proposal for the renovation of the existing municipal library, the original part of which was built in 1927, in order to achieve a passive house standard. In particular, the thesis focuses on the issues of layout and structural changes, the environmental impact of building materials, fire safety of the building, protection against radon and moisture from the subsoil, structural design, day lighting, technical equipment of the building and energy performance.
