Experimentální data byla naměřena v 10 anténním mikrovlnném systému s využitím homogenního fantomu lidské hlavy a fantomů ischemické a hemoragické CMP o 3 velikostech. Vytvořená první verze grafického uživatelského prostředí má využití při experimentálním testování vyvíjených mikrovlnných systémů a fantomů díky plné uživatelské kontrole nad měřením a vyhodnocením dat. The main objective of the work is to implement and test the use of TSVD Born approximation and machine learning algorithms for the simultaneous detection of stroke type and imaging the position of the stroke in a microwave system. The Support Vector Machine algorithm for stroke type classification and the TSVD Born algorithm for imaging the position of the stroke were implemented within a graphical user interface, which enables data measurement on an experimental microwave system and real-time evaluation of the measured data. Experimental data was measured in a 10-antenna microwave system using a homogeneous human head phantom and phantoms of ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes of three different sizes. A portion of the measured data for 20 fixed positions of the stroke in the head was used for training and finding suitable algorithm settings, while data for 30 random positions of the stroke in the head were used to verify the accuracy of the classification and position imaging. The results confirmed the potential of the methods used in the field of stroke diagnosis. The accuracy of stroke type classification reached 98.6%, and the differential imaging algorithm was able to display the change in dielectric parameters for the correct position and size of the stroke. Further testing on a more complex phantom is needed to conduct a more thorough analysis and verify the method's utility in clinical practice. The first version of the graphical user interface is useful for experimental testing of developed microwave systems and phantoms, thanks to full user control over data measurement and evaluation. The second version of the program is suitable for potential clinical testing of the system by medical personnel due to its simplified and intuitive operation.
