Role dozoru provozovatele v rámci systému řízení informací

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popsat roli dozoru provozovatele v rámci systému řízení informací během životního cyklu stavby a zdůvodnit, v čem je tato profese přínosná. Dozor provozovatele je profese, která zaznamenává vzestup na Západě, ale v České republice není zatím obvyklá a není ani nijak zakotvena v legislativě. Za účelem uvedení do problematiky bylo potřeba nastínit základy facility managementu a informačního managementu budov (BIM). V poslední části byla vysvětlena profese dozoru provozovatele a zároveň byla popsána její náplň práce v rámci životního cyklu stavby. Závěrem byly zohledněny výhody a možná rizika spojená s procesem uvedení do provozu.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to describe the role of the commissioning authority within the information management system during the construction life cycle and to justify how this profession is beneficial. Commissioning authority is a profession that is on the rise in the Western countries, but it is not yet common in the Czech Republic and not yet embedded into legislation. In order to introduce the agenda, it was necessary to outline the basics of facility management and building information management (BIM). The last part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the profession of commissioning authority and description of its role within the construction life cycle. Finally, the benefits and possible risks associated with the commissioning process were addressed.
