Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu na jihu Prahy mezi městskými částmi Radotín a Lochkov. Budova je součástí obsáhlejší urbanistické studie na zástavbu území, které je momentálně nezastavěnou ornou půdou. Lokalita je velice klidná, zastavěná rodinnou zástavbou a má přímou vazbu na přírodní rezervaci Slavičí údolí, které se rozléhá asi 500m na sever od parcely. Samotný pozemek se nachází na jihu řešeného území a je z východu, jihu a západu ohraničený místní komunikací. Kromě toho je mezi nejnižším a nejvyšším bodem pozemku převýšení jednoho podlaží. Primárním cílem bylo tedy stavbu na pozemek umístit tak, aby obyvatelům poskytovala dostatečné soukromí a zároveň umožnila vhodnou orientaci ke světovým stranám. Syntézou požadavků a charakteristik území vznikl návrh atriového domu s dvěma podlažími v severní části a plochou střešní deskou tvořící organický tvar zastřešení atria. Koncept budovy pak respektuje i stávající zástavbu, které svou výškou nestíní ve výhledu na krásnou krajinu Slavičího údolí. Kromě krajinářských a urbanistických podmínek vychází návrh budovy také z potřeb investora, čímž je čtyřčlenná rodina, manželský pár a dvě děti – dcera a syn. Muž (45 let) je vystudovaný strojní inženýr a jeho hlavní pracovní činností je obchod s automobily. Je manuálně a technicky zručný, rád opravuje staré stroje a techniku. Spolu s partnerkou rád jezdí na kole, kromě místnosti na domácí práce tedy vzniká nárok i na větší množství úložných prostor na sportovní vybavení. Žena (45 let) je zaměstnaná v nemocnici jako nutriční specialistka, většinu pracovního týdne tedy stráví mimo domov. Ráda jezdí s partnerem na kole a má ráda zvířata, zejména psy. Rodina má jednoho psa – Jack Russell Teriéra. Děti jsou v dospívajícím věku – syn má 15 let a dcera 12. Ani jeden nemají stálý koníček, oba ale rádi jakkoliv sportují, jezdí proto často s rodiči na kole. Rodina má prarodiče v cizině, žijí již pouze matky manželů, jedna v domově důchodců a druhá samostatně v rodinném domě. V budoucnu tedy s největší pravděpodobností nevznikne nárok na spolubydlení se starší generací, počítá se tedy spíše s možnou lehkou stavební úpravou domu a pronájmem jeho části.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a family house in the south of Prague between Radotín and Lochkov. The building is part of a larger urban study for the development of the area, which is currently undeveloped land. The location is very quiet, built up with family housing and has a direct link to the nature reserve Slavičí údolí, which extends about 500m north of the plot. The site itself is located in the south of the area and is bounded on the east, south and west by a local road. In addition, there is an elevation change of one storey between the lowest and highest points of the site. Therefore, the primary objective was to position the building on the site to provide sufficient privacy for the occupants whilst allowing for appropriate orientation to the cardinal points. The synthesis of the requirements and characteristics of the site resulted in the design of an atrium house with two storeys in the northern part and a flat roof slab forming the organic shape of the atrium roof. The building concept also respects the existing buildings, whose height does not shadow the view of the beautiful landscape of the Slavičí valley. In addition to the landscape and urban conditions, the design of the building is also based on the needs of the investor, which is a family of four, a married couple and two children - a daughter and a son. The husband (45 years old) is a graduated mechanical engineer and his main occupation is business in automobile dealership. He is manually and technically skilled and likes to repair old machines and equipment. Together with his partner he likes to bike, so in addition to a workshop, there is also a requirement for more storage space for sports equipment. The wife (45 years old) is employed in a hospital as a nutritionist, so she spends most of the working week away from home. She enjoys cycling with her partner and loves animals, especially dogs. The family has one dog - a Jack Russell Terrier. The children are in their teens - the son is 15 and the daughter is 12. Neither have a regular hobby, but both like to practice sports in any manner, so they often cycle with their parents. The family has grandparents living abroad, but only the couple's mothers still live, one in a retirement home and the other independently in a family house. This means that in the future, there is unlikely to be any entitlement to cohabitation with the older generation, so it is more likely that the house will be slightly modified and part of it rented out.
